The Aecon Diversity in the Trades (ADT) and Aecon Women in Trades (AWIT) programs provide an opportunity to create meaningful change in our industry and diversify our workforce through clear and measurable action. Our goal is to remove workplace barriers and increase participation in the trades by providing underrepresented groups with the resources and tools they need to succeed.
