Offering three weeks of paid training, competitive salaries and benefits, and a unique opportunity to launch a rewarding career in the trades. Applications are now being accepted from candidates with any employment background for Field Technician roles to work on telecommunications projects.

Aecon Diversity in the Trades

The Aecon Diversity in the Trades (ADT) program supports construction trades workers that identify as Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC). The ADT program operates within Aecon’s Civil East division – a diverse, comprehensive market leader focused on expanding and improving Canada’s infrastructure and transportation networks.
