Sponsorship Guidelines

At Aecon, we are committed to improving the communities in which we live and work. Due to a high volume of requests, we ask that you use email to submit sponsorship requests. Please email corpaffairs@aecon.com and include the following information:

• Organization name, contact information
• Charitable Registration number (if applicable)
• Purpose of funding
• Total amount requested
• Total amount previously received from Aecon (if applicable)

All sponsorship requests will be carefully reviewed. If your request meets our criteria, you will be contacted. Please allow 30 days for a response.

Aecon does not sponsor the following organizations:

• Religious groups
• Advocacy groups
• Individuals and/or individual pursuits
• Recreational, sport or self-improvement groups
• Direct mail solicitations 

Subcontractors and Suppliers

Suppliers: It has come to our attention that various international organizations or individuals have been offering false and fraudulent supplier opportunities at Aecon Group Inc. These individuals will request a quotation using email addresses with domains such as @aeconsupplychain.com or other similar variations of @aecon.com. We take this matter extremely seriously and are working with the appropriate legal authorities to shut down such fraudulent schemes.
