Aecon named one of Canada's 50 Best Employers for sixth consecutive year

Aecon is pleased to announce its continued ranking as one of the Best Employers in Canada for 2013, as determined by our employees and the Aon Hewitt national survey.

It’s the sixth consecutive time Aecon has been named to this prestigious listing of the country’s top 50 companies, a tribute bestowed upon companies receiving significant employee engagement levels. Overall, the Aon Hewitt survey annually ranks more than 280 Canadian employees and measures the engagement levels of some 168,000 employees. 

Adding to this year’s honour is the naming of Aecon as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers as published by The Globe and Mail. The list is the result of an extensive assessment by the news organization that involves a detailed review of employer operations and human resources practices.
