(TSX: ARE) announced today that the nominees listed in the Management Information Circular dated May 4, 2016 were elected as directors of Aecon Group Inc., to hold office until the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders or until their successors are appointed. The advisory resolution to accept management’s approach to executive compensation as disclosed in the Corporation’s Management Information Circular dated May 4, 2016 and the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the auditors of the Corporation to hold office until the close of the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Corporation, were also announced.
